Perfect Diet Tracker can make all the necessary calculations. You simply have to specify what you eat, a few details about the food and when and how you exercise. The software will provide you with various statistics regarding your progress.

Perfect Diet Tracker's free trial version works without any restrictions. This means that you may use any function, without encountering any message that reminds you to buy the product. The software is available for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux and it can be installed fast, without any difficulties.

The program allows multiple users, each with his own account, to keep track of their eating habits. When creating a new account, you must specify a few details about yourself, like your name, age, gender and preferred measuring units. Furthermore, you have to insert your weight and height. Finally, you need to specify your target weight and caloric intake. You can do this manually or let the software calculate your target automatically.

You can add your daily meals and exercise sessions to a list, located in the central region of the main interface. A new list is created each day and you can navigate through your previous entries, by clicking the appropriate dates, on a calendar. To add a new meal, you must type the food product's name. Perfect Diet Tracker will connect to an international food database, to provide you with a list of products that match your keywords. Besides selecting a product, you need to specify a quantity in kilos, ounces, grams or standard serving sizes, and categorize the meal as breakfast, lunch, diner and so on.

The best part about Perfect Diet Tracker is that it doesn't restrict you to certain food types. It does not matter what you eat, but how much. It is perfectly fine if you want to eat beacon, as long as you stay within the normal limits. Details like calories, carbs, protein and fat are associated with each product. When you add an exercise session, you must specify its duration and energy usage, in calories or kilojoules. As previously mentioned, the software makes all the necessary calculations automatically. You can find a side by side comparison of your current nutritional profile and your target profile, on the lower part of the interface. The current profile is updated as you add meals and exercises. What's more, Perfect Diet Tracker will display warnings if you eat too much or too little.
